If you signed up on Cratejoy before March 1, 2022, any changes that need to be made to your account from now until the migration is complete need to go through us.

Please email us at support@rainbowcratebookbox.com with your full name and email on the account and what changes you need made. (For example, if you need to change your address, or skip/unskip a box. NOTE: do NOT send us new payment information over email.)

Any changes made without contacting us will not be retained. Don't worry, though! We are here for you and we will make sure everything goes smoothly and correct any errors in processing. You will receive another email when migration is complete with instructions for how to access your new account.
