Refund policy
We have a no return policy unless the item is severely damaged upon arrival and we no long carry the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at support@rainbowcratebookbox.com with photos of the damaged items.
If a book has slight damage, such as scuffs, slight bending of the edges/corners, slightly crinkled dust jackets or anything that can be considered normal wear and tear, the book will not be refunded or exchanged.
Packaging materials, such as, but not limited to boxes, are not replaceable due to damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges or product for a different product. If your product arrives damaged, but does not qualify for a full replacement, you can request an exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping of the product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. You also need to provide the return shipping tracking via email at support@rainbowcratebookbox.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
